The AHA has recently announced a call for applications to join the American Heart Association Center for Telehealth as they build a learning collaborative, of outpatient clinics providing telehealth services to patients with Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome to help improve the consistent delivery of high-quality telehealth services for this patient population. This is a fantastic opportunity for clinics to connect with each other and experts in the field to share challenges and develop strategies to improve quality telehealth care delivery. Participating clinics receive funding support, educational opportunities, resources and more.
